I offer free meet & greets to all new clients for all services. This is to ensure I am the right companion to care for your pet and vice versa. It’s a 30 minute chat to get to know each other and you can tell me more about your pets needs and home instructions. It can be at your home or if your pooch prefers to meet at the park, we can do that too! If tails are wagging, book them in!

For dog walking & drop-in visits, including feline friendly care, payment is to be made at time of booking to secure the date and time.

For in-home pet sitting a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining amount is to be paid within 24 hours of the date the booking ends.
Bank details will be provided at the time of booking. Bookings that have not received a deposit or full payment will not go ahead. A detailed receipt can be provided on request.

I understand plans can change. Please give me 48 hours notice for cancellations before the scheduled service.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the amount may be used in lieu for future bookings within 3 months.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will not be refunded.

• Feeding and refreshing water.

• Provide potty breaks or litter box cleaning.

• Give medications if needed.

• Exercise and playtime. A short walk can be included in a 60 minute drop-in visit.

I am happy to accommodate all pets! Puppies, kittens, seniors and pets with medical needs. I have experience with caring for dogs with neurodegenerative issues and spinal injuries, and cats with diabetes. All specific requirements can be discussed on the phone or during the meet & greet.

Yes, I am comfortable administering medications orally and topically and injections such as insulin.

Of course. Holiday rates are charged at 50% the normal rate due to high demand.

Holiday dates include: April 3rd - 6th 2026, 24th December 2026 - 1st January 2027.

Iam trained in pet first aid and always carry a first aid kit.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, I will:

• Contact you immediately.

• Reach out to your designated emergency contact.

• Transport your pet to your preferred veterinarian if necessary.
